Secretary is a coding method that refers to characters who use executable files to remotely control the engine's internal state, which is generally used to disable the enemy before allowing the author's character to win the battle.
Most Secretary characters come with a special program file that allows them to alter the program's behavior in order to win the match by either disabling their enemies or swapping them for dummies, while others use this method to directly load a further customized engine initialization.
History[]

First concepts of external characters involved the use of Postman method, which allowed authors to win the match by loading a customized program initialization, but the limitations of said method only allows to set a basic configuration of enemy parameters, causing some of them to bypass this method and defeat the author's character.
Despite such downsides, it was the standard tier for external characters, until a new method was born...
The creator of this new method was ydccdy, a Chinese author, who used it for a unique character: Akane-Inuwaka-Secretary.
Involves the use of an external program file, which has to be manually run by the user, that allows the author's character to defeat their enemies by disabling them and changing the battle result to their side.
Nowadays, this method is rarely used except for special occasions, as higher exploits allow to load executable or module files without requiring the user's intervention, besides performing advanced functions during execution time.
